Methodologies we follow
Our PMP ®, PMI-ACP ®, CSM ® certified resources suggest and adopt best suited software development methodology specific to customer need and environment to ensure success of projects.
Agile methodologies allow us for changing requirements over time by using cross-functional teams – designers, incorporating planners, developers and testers – which work on successive iterations of the product over fixed time periods (timeboxes)
Using Hybrid approach we take advantage of the strengths of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies without allowing them to get in each other’s way.
We use waterfall methodologies only when scope if frozen during requirements gathering phase and design work is done before any coding takes place.
